We're thrilled to let you know that our surveys are completed and have finally gotten the green light – we started sending the Smoke Test out to a few of you! So be sure to check your inbox because you might be one of them~

We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for your incredible support and patience throughout this process. As always, we feel so lucky having such wonderful supporters~ We're deeply sorry for any delays and hiccups along the way. We already said this many times – but life is keeping throwing us many curveballs (to use an understatement)... things got quite crazy, and we faced some very unexpected difficult setbacks. Despite the challanges building surveys up, we kept working hard as much as we could to make sure the overall experience could be seamless!

We'll keep you in the loop with any news as soon as we have it~ So, keep an eye out for more exciting updates as we move forward as well as for new upcoming projects this year!

Ahhhh we incredibly appreciate your patience during all this time, really! It means a lot to us~

Just wanted you to know that we finally managed to finish setting surveys up and sent them in review for approval! As soon as we get the okay from the Backerkit team (it might take up a few business days), we'll promptly starts sending the Smoke Test out – if there are no issues!

 

We have no words to express our gratitude for your support despite us being in silence and slower due to all the difficulties we're facing during this period in our lives 🥺

As we already mentioned in other projects' updates and on our previous IG stories – since January, we've faced some difficulties and terrible events that have left us feeling devastated. We've used up all our resources and savings and this caused us incredible anxiety and pressure. Also, the demanding care of our fur babies has required so much time and attention –  as we have lots of life-saving indispensable therapies to follow, slowing our working progress down and keeping us in silence (not being able to work or make updates).

If you're interested in learning more about what's been happening, we have created a GoFundMe campaign to help with our pets' medical expenses for their life-saving procedures and therapies – we shared deeper details there!


Even the tiniest bit of help would truly make a difference to us. Just sharing our campaign with your friends and family to spread the word could make a significant impact as well!

Just a quick update to inform you that we're still in the process of wrapping up the surveys – we're truly sorry for the delay! Those who follow us on Instagram, might already know that we're facing some significant personal challenges which are consuming much of our time and energy, leaving little room for work. Nevertheless, we're pushing forward as much as we can, albeit slower pace. Your patience and support during this trying time mean the world to us. We eagerly look forward to sending the surveys your way soon!

The campaign has officially wrapped up for a while now ( ˶ﾉω<˶ ), and we couldn't be more thrilled! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for hopping on board and showing us so much love and support. { ˵•́ ꈊ •̀˵ }❀°。

As we move forward, we'd like you to know (or remind, for those who are not new to our campaigns) the next steps in the process. We've already started getting everything ready for the next phase and begun preparing the surveys. But, as always, we gotta hang tight for at least the first 14 days while Backerkit works its magic processing the payments -before sending them out. And maybe we'll need some extra time to manually input each individual item from the campaign -and this might take a little bit of time. But no worries—we'll give you a heads-up as soon as the surveys are good to go (starting with the Smoke Test)!

Oh, and for those of you whose payments didn't quite go through, and may be at risk of being dropped from the campaign, you got a whole week to update your payment info starting from the end-day of the campaign. After this time, you'll be able to reclaim your pledge the same through your survey -so please really don't worry. 
We'll send you a direct e-mail for it later on -after the surveys are all set. So please check your mail box!
We want to make sure everyone who participated in the campaign gets a chance to snag their dragons!
 

✦ᴘʀᴏᴅᴜᴄᴛɪᴏɴ ꜱᴛᴀʀᴛꜱ

For the production and fulfillment to be started, funds are needed to be transfered over to us and this process can take up to 20+ business days. After we'll have the funds in hands and everyone (or the vast majority) will have answered the surveys, we'll able to actually start the production of the rewards with our manufacturers.

Thank you a bunch for being so supportive and just all-around awesome throughout this whole project. Your love means the world to us —we really mean it. And we're now pumped to bring Delidragons to life!
